We are in the business of building careers for the youth, knowing full well that the first step towards gainful employment can lead to a lifetime of opportunities and growth.

We IDENTIFY and RECRUIT underprivileged yet inspiring and gifted youth, ages 18 – 35.
We provide high-demand SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING programmes designed to equip these youth with the abilities needed to be successful in the marketplace. The training is free of charge with certification awarded upon conclusion!
We then PLACE THEM IN SUSTAINABLE JOBS with local partners and employers. The jobs offer pathways for career growth thus helping deliver on the hopes and dreams of Africa's youth.
Employing Sustainable Solutions
For every problem there is a solution. You just have to find it or create it. In South Africa our biggest challenge is youth unemployment and the solution is market driven education and training, designed to empower youth and uplift communities through the multiplier of employment and compensation. Market driven training programmes contribute to the economy by identifying the needs of employers and pulling more people into the work and talent pool. The result is a long-term sustainable solution to Africa's unemployment crisis.
